* We accept exchanges only if the product is unused, in original condition, and sent back within 7 days of delivery.

* The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.

* Once we receive the product and verify its condition, the exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

* Please record a video while unboxing the parcel — this is required for any exchange or return requests.
